What Is a Patient Concierge?

A Mylyfe Patient Concierge is an individual who offers consistent, reliable and friendly support to the patients whom they work with.  They will listen and learn their patients’ preferences to best provide comprehensive support and truly personalized service. Patient Concierges go through extensive training so they are knowledgable about your specific needs. Whether it’s reminding you about an upcoming appointment or helping you find community resources, your Mylyfe Patient Concierge will always be there for you.

Whether it’s reminding you about an upcoming appointment or helping you find community resources, your Mylyfe Patient Concierge will always be there for you.

      Giving your data to YOU!

      Mylyfe provides easy-to-read charts showing you how you are doing! If you would like us to, we can even share these with your treatment team. Mylyfe is also happy to create individualized infusion records tailored to your preferences. We also integrate with infusion apps.

      Health Insurance Support

      Mylyfe’s team is happy to take the stress of dealing with health insurance providers off your plate. We will let you know if you can utilize Mylyfe’s services, exactly what your out-of-pocket expenses will be and coordinate all your prior authorizations and reimbursement needs.

      Direct Line to the CEO

      All Mylyfe patients have direct access to our CEO. All patients are invited to share their thoughts directly with the owner and CEO of the company, Mark Zatyrka. Mr. Zatyrka built this company for the patients, so hearing from the patients is incredibly important to him.

      Infusion Milestone Recognition & Support

      We don’t always need a reason to celebrate, but we think celebrating you or your child’s major infusion and/or healthcare milestone is one of the best reasons to put on our party hats! Mylyfe recognizes how important these moments are, and how important these life achievements are. 

      Technology

      Mylyfe uses and is currently developing additional proprietary technology to help improve our patients’ quality of life. We focus on new out-of-the-box strategies to help those who are most important to us, our patients. Mylyfe uses technology customized to its patients’ needs and preferences.

      Keeping Patients Out of the Emergency Room

      It is Mylyfe’s responsibility to keep our patients out the emergency rooms. This is done through having regular contact and identifying red flags to ensure patients do not run out of medication or supplies and are adhering to the physician’s treatment plan.
